    • AspyreRx is regulated by the FDA as a prescription-only device.

    • To ensure healthcare providers can oversee its use and determine its suitability for individual needs.

    • Treatment with AspyreRx is meant to complement other treatments and biometric tracking devices, so a comprehensive plan is essential for the best outcomes.

  • We are actively working with insurance providers to gain coverage. Discuss AspyreRx with your healthcare provider. If your provider decides AspyreRx is the right treatment for you, your provider will send a prescription to PhilRx, our partner pharmacy. PhilRx will text you to complete enrollment and will check to see if your insurance covers AspyreRx. If AspyreRx is not currently covered by your insurance plan, we have options to help you get on treatment.

This improvement was demonstrated with fewer medication increases compared to those who did not use AspyreRx. Participants also experienced improved fasting blood sugar, reduced systolic blood pressure, weight loss, improved mood, and enhanced quality of life scores compared to those who did not use AspyreRx.

  • To use AspyreRx, you need a prescription from a healthcare provider. The AspyreRx App is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

An email or text message containing a link and a unique activation code is sent to your mobile device once your AspyreRx prescription has been processed.

When you first sign into the app, you're guided through an onboarding process that explains the primary treatment modules (lessons, skills, goal setting) and the importance of examining ideas and beliefs to make behavioral changes effectively. The onboarding process also explains how to track plant-based meals, exercise, and enter biometric data, such as fasting blood sugar, weight, and medications.

As soon as you have completed onboarding, you will be automatically prompted to begin treatment modules, and engagement prompts will appear throughout the 90-day treatment period.
